Day After Desmond

This painting came out of seeing the floods in the Vale of Eden, Cumbria, after Storm Desmond. Asd I drove down Hartside Pass on the school run there seemed to be water everywhere in valley below and tumbling down all the gulleys in the hill side. The land seemed to be leaking water like a barrel full of holes.
