Pantera ‘70

Hand-cut vinyl applied to De Tomaso Pantera bonnet with lacquer finish.
The artwork depicts a reflection of the De Tomaso Pantera launch car at the 1970 New York motor show, in the open bonnet of a sister-car on the stand. It utilises the iconic 1970’s bright green that adorned the cars, by leaving the original colour coming through to become an integral ‘tone’ within the scene. The bonnet is a genuine Pantera bonnet, and can be seen on the Number27 YouTube channel.
