Ridgeway and red Kite
The original is a mixed media painting of part of the ancient Ridgeway which is close to where I live. There is a red kite in the foreground of which we see many now and I love to see them swoop overhead with their warm red colours and striking shape.
The original painting was done with a combination of acrylics, ink and watercolours.
