Sacre Bleu! It’s Dominique Rocheteau

I knew I wanted to paint a member of the great late-70s/early-80s French team but didn’t know which one, until my hand started swirling around great lumps of brown paint and Dominique Rocheteau appeared. Rocheteau was the only one from that team that looked anything like the Flashing Blade, 17th-century swashbuckler in the Saturday morning kids TV show. He scored 15 goals in 49 appearances for France.
