Bogoda Bridge

Constructed about 1600 , and probably the worlds oldest wooden bridge, it is constructed entirely without the use of metal nails. At 15 metres long, with carved pillars and a roof as protection from the rain, it also functions as a shelter for pilgrims on their way to Dowa temple.

NB. The price is for mounted but unframed. Size is of the image.
