White sands, turquoise sea and balmy summer evenings….no, this isn’t the Carribean, it is Tiree, the most westerly island in the Inner Hebrides of Scotland.  This painting depicts one little bay with a couple of little white houses.  As is usual on Tiree there is a wind blowing - a great day for drying the washing!
