Sunlight on Water
One warm, brilliantly sunny afternoon, standing at the end of the pier and gazing out to sea, I carried this mesmeric image in my mind’s eye, back to the studio, where I tried to recreate it in paint. It took many layers (and weeks) to reach completion.
