Bees in the border

Ok, not quite one a day, its a goal! This is a watercolour monoprint. The watercolour paint ( in this case gouache) is mixed with a little gum Arabic and the image painted onto a sheet of glass. I used a Fabriano print paper, and my hand to transfer the image ( no press at home) I then added the bees and the detail with a brush and watercolour sticks.
