Fantasy, figurative, abstract mixed media painting with the beautifull ballerina the central focus. This piece was inspired by the great music of some european” symphonic” rock bands. Performances by bands ” Epica” and ” Within Temptation” feature orchestral elements with traditional rock music. The extra element that makes these bands unique and inspiring is they have a female opera singer on vocals. The combination is powerfull, dramatic uplifting music with soothing beauty of the singers voice. This painting represents the music that inspires me to paint. About the artist
My artworks cover a wide variety of subject, media and styles. I began with figurative drawings and spray paintings that developed into abstraction and textured interior artworks. More recently I have produced a series of scenic landscapes in greyscale aswell as autumn colour scheme. I like to think of my art in a state of evolution and a learning curve that is constantly progressing.
