Customer Service
My customer services number is 01379 783 937 and email contact on peter@swaffer.plus.com where we will endeavour to respond promptly.

Paintings (oil)
My paintings will be delivered unframed to negate postage costs and give you the chance to frame according to your special requirements.

Prints
I am reluctant to send some larger glazed items through the post, for obvious reasons. All my original watercolours and prints at A4 size (210mm x 297mm) will be sent to you beautifully window mounted and backed and enclosed in a cellophane pocket. You can also choose them to be framed and glazed. I have a superb framer. The extra cost of framing will be £25 and the postage will be extra. Please contact me with your preferences.
Prints at A3 size (297mm x 420mm) will be sent in roll form in a cardboard tube. Clients wishing to collect the item in person may, if they wish, have the benefit of the item being glazed and framed. Please telephone me on 01379 783 937 to discuss your framing requirements.
The answerphone may be on, so please leave your name and contact number and I will return your call as soon as possible. Alternatively please go to my ‘contact’ page, leave a telephone number or email address and I will contact you.

My prints are produced at 5760 x 1440 optimised dpi (fabulous resolution) using an 8 colour light fast pigment ink system (75 years +) that gives superb colour accuracy, excellent colour graduation, expression and utilising the broadest colour gamut in its class. The paper stock is of the very finest acid free digital fine art paper or canvas. All my prints are strictly on a limited edition basis. They will each be described ie; ‘The West Pier Hove’ then signed by me in pencil ‘Peter swaffer’ and given a unique number ie; 8 of 350. And thats it, no more prints of that nature in that format will exist on this planet.

My work in general
The stated size given of my paintings and prints refers to the actual image size of the piece and not to the framed/mounted size.

Notes
As all computer screen colours vary from monitor to monitor, the colours of my work displayed may vary from the original. Usually the colours you see on screen are more vivid, this is because you are seeing light as opposed to paint pigments, so please bear this in mind when ordering. Having said that, my originals have a much better balance of colour and contrast.
