Untitledfeb7 | Oil on Panel

This has been reworked over since it started as a very red/orange based underpainting. The underpainting is still coming throught the subsequent layers but in varying degrees. At the moment more evident in the sky and in the water centre/middle/bottom. This is how the underpainting is meant to work. As new layers are sanded, scratched or scrubbed it combines with the under layers to produce colour subtleties that are within the surface. Painting is not always an additive process.
