Drawn to the Flame
The natural instinct for night flying moths to fly towards the light was my inspiration for this drawing. Achieving the reflective quality of the silver candlestick took many painstaking hours. Overall the whole drawing took 80 hours to complete. The background itself was built up of 6 layers of graphite pencil.
