Artists Description
Inspired by Australian aboriginal cave painings. The only image that remains of those people are the handprints - and this is my self-portrait. Earth pigments are used for the hand-prints in thick acrylic paint and the halo around them in darkening blues denotes the life-spirit.
Deep box canvas 35mm deep painted on the sides - ready to hang.
