I really like this painting.I had a week on Hydra, a little Greek island, where there is no traffic at all. Mules do all the carrying.When the ferry or occasional cruise ship comes into the harbour,I have seen everything from suitcases,bags of cement and bricks, and even a whole bed loaded onto their backs!!
