This unique pearl and peruvian handpainted heart pendant comes with a 925 sterling silver snake chain and contains 9 pearls in total one pink, one peach in colour! lovely!! The central heart is unique handpainted imported from Peru and is now vintage, the glass heart twinkles in the lght and a dangling silvertone spoon gives this pendant it’s title.
