Artists Description
This is my ‘surrealist’ attempt. The cat is sunbathing in a great Scottish storm - as one does! The ‘Mercat’ is made from the top half of a china bell with a tempered glass tail, and is quite 3D. The piece also includes cup handles, fused Glass by Jane Drysdale of Carnelian Crafts and tartan ceramic coasters from Crieff Pottery. Just a bit of fun.
