Artists Description
This charming watercolour painting of a majestic peacock strutting about at Ardress House as if he owns it and is out for his daily walk, inspired this painting. I was down lower than the house and the peacock strutted past and I could not believe how majestic he looked and how much he contrasted with the pink house and the green grass. I got my watercolour paints on the go and immediately did two paintings of him.
