Artists Description
An acrylic and emulsion mixed media painting designed to be a decorative piece rather than to make a statement. The background is a powder blue acrylic. The circles and stripes have been painted using matt emulsion mixed with acrylic to get 3 different shades of treacle tart - made by dulux. The darkest shade of treacle tart was obtained by mixing some raw umber acrylic with the original shade. The lightest shade was mixed with white acrylic.
