Through my practice I explore the process of painting; focussing on medium, surface, application and removal.
My previous experience in Photography, Science and Systems Analysis continue to feed and inform my practice.
The physical, tactile and aesthetic qualities of materials are important to me.
My work is not based on depiction, it is driven by visual feedback received during the course of production. My practice literally involves ‘watching paint dry’.
